from Christina Stewart
2 Tbsp butter or marg. - melted
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 large garlic clove, minced
Rub on meat, put in crockpot with 1 cup of white wine. Cook 6 hours on low. I use about a 1 lb piece of pork loin (not tenderloin). I buy the huge piece when it's on sale, and cut it into 4-5 piece portions that would be about 1 lb each (I guess based on the total weight of the piece). 1 lb of meat generally feeds 3-3-1/2 people. Sometimes I partially defrost it before I put it in the crockpot, but you can cook it from frozen.
